For more than 40 years we have been assisting clients with filing rental income returns with HMRC and helping to minimise their tax liabilities.

There are so many things to think about. For example, maximising capital allowances on the acquisition of a commercial freehold property is very important these days with a 100% initial allowance and annual allowances being deductible from the gross income.

Also, expenses and the manner in which the property is financed can give rise to tax breaks if handled properly.
