Network Installation / Configuration / Consultancy

We can provide network installation services ranging from a simple home / home office network to more advanced network infrastructures and we can advise on wireless networking technologies for offices and locations where structured cabling is not an option.

If you have problems with an existing network setup, we can recommend improvements, upgrades or changes that may need to be made to get the most out of your network.

An initial site visit can be carried out with a full written report highlighting any areas that need addressing or that can be improved upon and our recommendations for future development. This can include areas such as backups, antivirus software, network security and software licensing.

Hardware and software procurement / Installations

Using our own hardware suppliers we can provide equipment quotes, source a wide range of hardware and software packages, plus arrange installation and configuration of any products you may require. We can also advise on and supply backup software and solutions, antivirus and other security products and software.

In addition, we also offer advice on network hardware such as switches, routers, wireless access points and wireless equipment, based on our own experience, and those of the many clients we have worked with.

Support Services

Once a network is installed, or we’ve provided you with guidance on an existing set-up, you can take advantage of our ongoing support as and when required. This includes site visits when problems occur or, where possible, through remote access to your site which we also use to maintain and monitor your servers.

We are more than happy to help wherever possible, whether you require a one off site visit to rectify a problem or a more regular service.

Sage Software

As a Sage reseller we offer a wide range of Sage products including the widely used Sage 50 / Instant Accounts range. We can install your Sage product for you, upgrade from a previous version or set-up a networked version of Sage (if applicable for the product) as your company and its requirements expand.
